SCB recognizes the Developing Countries, according to definitions of the World Bank, listed here .

Small Island Developing States listed by the United Nations here will be recognized by the Latin America & Caribbean Section of SCB.

By registering, all attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference agree with the following code of conduct.
